DevRel & product studio for web3 and AI

We get developers to find you.

DevRel across the whole developer journey, plus the products, SDKs, MCP servers and agents that make your platform worth building on.

The developer journey

where we help

  1. Launches, technical content and AI visibility, so developers and the AI tools they ask actually hear about you.

  2. Quickstarts, docs and tutorials that get a new developer to a working request in minutes, not days.

    Docs, Tutorials & Video →
  3. SDKs, starter kits, demo apps and MCP servers developers can fork, and AI coding tools can use.

    SDKs & Demo Apps →
  4. Hackathons that produce real projects, bounties builders want to win, workshops and a community that answers back.

01 / what we offer

Two things we do for developer-facing teams.

$ stacken custom --your-problem

Need something that's not on the list?

Most of our work gets shaped around the team. If it sits between your product and the developers using it, tell us the problem and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.

  • DX audits
  • Docs migrations
  • Developer research & interviews
  • API design reviews
  • Grant & builder programs
  • Technical due diligence

02 / why stacken labs

Why teams work with Stacken Labs.

01

One team, both halves

The people writing your docs and recording your videos are the same people shipping the code. No handoff between an agency that explains and a shop that builds.

02

DevRel from the inside

We've run DevRel inside API and protocol companies like Moralis and Wormhole. We know which work moves adoption and which just looks busy.

03

AI-native by default

Everything we ship is ready for how developers work now: readable by AI tools, usable by agents and measured by real integrations.

03 / how we work

Start small. Scale when it's working.

  1. 01

    DX Audit

    fixed scope

We go through your onboarding as a new developer would, then hand you a written report and video walkthrough of every friction point, ranked by impact.

  2. 02

    Project

    defined deliverable

A docs overhaul, an MVP, an SDK, an MCP server or a hackathon. One clear outcome, shipped to your repo and channels.

  3. 03

    Ongoing partner

    embedded, monthly

We run DevRel and/or engineering as part of your team: content, community, launches, builds and a feedback loop into product.

04 / selected work

05 / who's behind it

Bharatharaj Babu

Founder, Stacken Labs

bharath@stackenlabs.xyz

Full-stack engineer and developer relations lead. Has run DevRel for Moralis, worked on developer experience at Wormhole, built SDKs at Krypc and shipped product at Push Protocol.

Stacken Labs exists because dev-facing companies need both skills at once: someone who can write the docs, record the video, build the demo and fix the SDK along the way.

06 / faq

Questions we get asked.

Are you a DevRel agency or a dev shop?+

Both, on purpose. The best docs, tutorials and demos come from people who can build the product. And the best builds come with docs and a launch plan. Hire us for one side or both.

What is fractional DevRel?+

An experienced developer relations team embedded part-time in yours. You get docs, content, community and launch support without the cost and months-long search of a full-time hire.

Which chains and stacks do you work with?+

EVM chains and L2s, Solana, cross-chain protocols and Bitcoin L2s. On the code side: TypeScript, Python, Solidity, React, Next.js and Node. If it has an API or SDK, we can work with it.

Can you make our product AI-friendly?+

Yes, that's our AI-Ready DevEx package. We get your product picked up by AI tools (llms.txt, AI search visibility), make coding assistants write working code for it (MCP servers, Cursor and Claude Code integrations, LLM evals), and make your CLI and API easy for agents to operate.

Do you only work with web3 companies?+

No. Our roots are in web3 infrastructure, but we work with AI and developer-tool companies too. Anyone whose growth depends on developers.

What you need isn't listed. Can we still talk?+

Please do. Most engagements are shaped around the team. Tell us the problem and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
